Yes, absolutely. We highly recommend an on-site consultation, and we will be available when you are available. There is never a fee to meet us, we look forward to meeting you.

We know you are busy and a lot goes into planning special events. Please get in touch with us no less than two weeks ahead of time prior to your event. Yes, we realize things slip through the cracks and sometimes balloon decision come in last minute, don’t worry we have you covered. Please email us at [email protected] or call 847-796-0155. Last-minute balloons are available here at BalloonLab, availability is subject to how many orders we have that day. We will do our best to accommodate your last-minute requests.

Yes, the delivery fee starts at $30 for local areas and depends on the delivery location and time of day. Please get in touch with us to go over any special requests. We worked through the night and in some cases started driving before the crack of dawn to accommodate our customers. We are always flexible and will do our best to meet your needs.

Yes, absolutely! Please get in touch with us and we can have your balloons ready for pick up. Please make sure you have an appropriate size vehicle. If you decide to pick up the balloons, we are no longer responsible for the set up and duration of how long the balloons will last since we are unable to assess the environment of the balloons.

We work with all major credit cards, cash, peer to peer payments, checks, and Bitcoin.

Once your event is booked and you have received our invoice, we reserve the time slot for you and the supplies for your event are ordered. Events that are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or acclimate weather will receive full credit for future orders. Orders canceled seven days or more prior to your event are eligible for a full refund.

There are many factors to consider for how long the balloons will last, especially when you are comparing indoor versus outdoor events.  Other factors to consider are if the balloons are made from latex or foil as well as the medium of the fill such as air, helium, and hi-float. Get in touch with our team and we will go over your options so you can plan your event accordingly.

Yes our balloons are safe for the environment, feel free to recycle or dispose of the balloons after the event! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable. They biodegrade at the same rate as an oak leaf! Foil balloons, however, are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled.

Absolutely, there is a nominal fee for the inflation of the third party balloons. We are happy to do it for you, as long as you are in agreement that we are not responsible for any of the balloons popping or associating them as a part of our work. We take full responsibility for the balloons that we source only. If you want to add your third party balloons to our decorations there is no additional fee for adding them in, please note that this is a courtesy and we want to make you happy. If those balloons lack integrity, that is not our fault and we cannot assume any liability.
